In Korea, the number of elderly people who are in the blind place of care medication and the dose of medication for the elderly population is increasing. Effective management of medication for elderly people aged 65 and over can not only reduce the cost of health insurance but also reduce the mental and economic burden of the family to help the elderly manage their health. In this regard, four subcommittees under the Gyeonggi Pharmaceutical Association in Gyeonggi Province jointly conducted a Visiting Pharmaceutical Home Care Services in 2017. Among them, the introduction of the progress and results of the pilot project conducted by the pharmacy association of Bucheon City for 76 elderly people was introduced in this article.
