A Patients has a family history of diabetes, hypertension. In the early 40s, diabetes occurred with the habits of overeating, heavy drinking and chain smoking. In 2005 (at age of 63) the blood sugar level did not regulated properly instead of increasing the amount or changing the kind of antidiabetic medications. Therefore, followed workup tests and started therapies with food, exercise and bath. As a result, the blood glucose is well controlled by Diabex (metformin) and Trajenta (linagliptin) as the levels of 115 mg/dl before breakfast, 130 mg/dl after lunch meal, and 120 mg/dl after the evening meal. In addition, the symptoms of frequent urination, thirst, hunger, fatigue, systemic malaise, lethargy, crotch itch were relieved, and also improved the unpleasant feelings of the eyes.
